Payment is due at the beginning of each session. Dynamic Kid, LLC is a private pay practice. Although we currently do not accept health insurance, we will provide the medical coding and any necessary therapy notes for you to submit to your insurance company, upon request.

In Home/School Evaluations

Evaluations may include the following:​

  • Sensory Profile 2

  • Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency, Second Edition (BOT-2)

  • Peabody Developmental Motor Scales, Second Edition (PDMS–2)

  • Developmental Test of Visual Perception-Adolescent and Adult-2 (DTVPA-2)

  • Developmental Test of Visual Perception-3 (DTVP-3)

  • Miller Function & Participation Scales (MFUN), ages 2:6-3:11 & 4:00-7:11

  • Teacher Interview (if needed)

  • Classroom observation

  • Written Report with recommendations

  • Meeting with Family or school, to review Evaluation Report

  • Proposed Therapy Goals, if therapy is recommended
