Payment is due at the beginning of each session. Dynamic Kid, LLC is a private pay practice. Although we currently do not accept health insurance, we will provide the medical coding and any necessary therapy notes for you to submit to your insurance company, upon request.

Evaluations may include the following:

  • Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM)

  • Sensory Profile 2
  • Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency, Second Edition (BOT-2)

  • Peabody Developmental Motor Scales, Second Edition (PDMS–2)

  • Developmental Test of Visual Perception-3 (DTVP-3)

  • Teacher Interview (if needed)

  • Written Report with recommendations

  • Meeting with Family (up to one hour) to review Evaluation Report

  • Proposed Therapy Goals, if therapy is recommended

Home or School Observations                                      

Includes a brief summary of observations and recommendations

Consultative Services

Includes meetings with parents, teachers, or other professionals

on behalf of your child/family via phone or in-person.

                                                                                                             

Community Sessions

Individualized treatment sessions that occur outside school and home setting. May include development of play skills at the playground or improving sensory processing at the library or grocery store.

 

Professional Development

Presentations or less formal in-services for school staff or other professional groups on topics which include:

  • Handwriting or Pre-handwriting skills

  • Sensory processing and strategies to improve classroom or home functioning

  • Fine Motor Skills in school and at home

  • Any OT-related topic tailored to your setting
